This celebratory American IPA delivers a vibrant sensory exploration of modern West Coast character. A bold, hop-forward profile leads with an intense bouquet of Krush, Centennial, and Simcoe hops, delivering a complex blend of tropical stone fruit, bright citrus, and resinous pine. The pour is brilliantly clear and golden, topped with a persistent white foam. On the palate, a crisp, grainy malt backbone supports a firm, assertive bitterness that transitions into a clean, dry finish. The interplay of classic floral notes from Centennial and the pungent, earthy depth of Simcoe ensures a refreshing yet sophisticated drinking experience with a lean, snappy profile.
Appearance. Brilliantly clear, deep gold color (approximately 7-8 SRM). Topped with a medium-sized, creamy white head that demonstrates excellent persistence and intricate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit and orange peel from Centennial, layered with tropical mango and stone fruit from Krush hops. A clean, resinous pine and woodsy undertone from Simcoe provides depth, while a low, grainy malt sweetness stays in the background.
