This American Pale Ale delivers a vibrant sensory experience driven by an assertive hop profile. Bright tropical fruit and berry notes from Mosaic are immediately apparent, followed by the floral and citrus nuances of Athanum Cryo. A firm, resinous pine character from Chinook provides a grounding bitterness that cuts through the clean, bready malt base. Despite its slightly elevated strength, the beer remains balanced and drinkable, offering a crisp, dry finish. The interplay between the resinous Chinook and the aromatic Athanum Cryo creates a complex, layering effect that evolves from initial tropical fruitiness to a clean, lingering hop snap.

Appearance. Pale golden to deep amber (6–9 SRM) with a moderately large, creamy off-white head showing excellent retention and lacing. Generally quite clear with a brilliant shimmer.

Aroma. High hop intensity featuring a complex blend of tropical mango, blueberry, and stone fruit from Mosaic, complemented by the floral and grapefruit-like citrus of Athanum. Chinook adds a distinct piney and resinous layer. Low neutral to grainy maltiness supports the hops.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward and bright. Prominent flavors of tropical fruit and citrus dominate, with a supportive but restrained bready malt character. Firm bitterness provides balance. Clean fermentation profile allows the Mosaic and Athanum notes to shine through a medium-dry finish with a lingering, resinous aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with moderate to high carbonation that enhances the hop aromatics. A light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present. Smooth texture without any perceived astringency or harshness.
