The successive ripening in classic Bourbon barrels followed by a further ripening in Het Anker barrels (wooden barrels processed by the barrel maker according to our own specifications) results in a refined whiskey with a full and balanced taste. The subtle fruit flavors are nicely supplemented with wood and vanilla touches.
