Todas las maquinas se calientan con biomasa (hueso de aceituna), el grano usado alimenta al ganado local , el lúpulo abona nuestra huerta. El agua caliente sobrante se reutiliza para las siguientes cocciones.

Cervezas La Virgen was founded in 2011 with the clear idea of bringing Madrid a better beer. The idea was born in San Francisco, where the founders fell in love with the craft beer culture they found there, while working at an Ad Agency. This way they decided to move back to Spain and so they started up the first La Virgen Brewery. After ten years La Virgen has developed hughley and it is one of the most important craft beers in the local market, with more than 100 employees and more than 20.000HL/year of brewing capacity.
La Virgen is a pure, alive and fresh beer that uses only natural & selected ingredients. We follow the traditional brewing process, without rushing timings for fermentation and maturation stages; using only natural C02 from the fermentation process. Also unfiltered and unpasteurized. Our flagship is our Madrid Lager, a golden balanced helles lager, which is perfect for any occasion and combines deliciously with tapas & pickles.
