Desde este día, poco a poco, hemos ido creciendo con pasos cortos, aprendiendo de nuestros errores y apostando por la calidad del producto, la innovación, intentando enseñar a apreciar una Cerveza artesana, a romper los tabús de la Cerveza pues además de refrescar podemos disfrutarla lentamente para saborear todos sus matices y aromas. Hecha con mucho cariño para los paladares más exigentes.
Cervezas La Gardenia debe su nombre a una antigua fábrica de jabones y lejías de Tarragona; y cerveza Rosita pues en Tarragona en todas las familias tenemos como poco a una Rosita, sea joven o adulta siempre se llamará Rosita!
Un nombre muy femenino, muy mediterráneo que dibuja una sonrisa en la cara de aquel que la nombra.
