This Hazy IPA is a vibrant showcase of modern hop complexity, driven by a strategic blend of Simcoe, Mosaic, and Palisade. The nose is immediately greeted by a tropical explosion of mango and pineapple, transitioning into a unique strawberry cream and blueberry character provided by the Mosaic hops. Simcoe grounds the experience with a resinous, dank pine note, while Palisade adds a nuanced herbal counterpoint. Despite its approachable alcohol content, the beer maintains a signature creamy body and smooth mouthfeel. The finish is soft and balanced, emphasizing lush fruit juice over harsh bitterness, making this a remarkably drinkable expression of the style.

Appearance. Pours a deep straw to pale gold (SRM 4-6) with a distinctive opaque, milky haze and a luminous shine. It is topped by a thick, white, meringue-like head with high retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics lead with tropical mango and pineapple. Secondary notes of ripe blueberries and a distinct strawberry-and-cream sweetness emerge, underpinned by a pungent, dank pine and a faint herbal, earthy note. Malt character is low and clean-bready.

Taste. The flavor profile leads with a massive hit of tropical fruit juice, specifically pineapple and mango.
