GALIPETTE ROSÉ NON ALC is the second non-alcoholic cider in our range. Crafted from rare redfleshed Pommes à Chair Rouge , it captures the essence of a true rosé with a delightful taste and a naturally varying amber hue in each batch.

These exceptional apples, grown in the coastal orchards of Brittany, are celebrated for their crisp acidity and the rich red pigments found not only in their skin but also within their flesh, giving rise to this unique colour.

Utilizing a centuries-old keeving process, we preserve the natural and fruity sweetness by preventing the wild yeast from fermenting the juice.
