This Hazy IPA showcases a vibrant interplay of Simcoe and Mosaic hops, delivering an intense aromatic punch of ripe mango, passion fruit, and bright blueberries. A base of 16°BLG provides a substantial but pillowy foundation, allowing subtle bready malt notes to support the hop-forward profile. Expect a lush, juicy character on the palate where citrus zest meets earthy pine, characteristic of the Simcoe contribution. The fermentation remains clean, emphasizing the depth of tropical esters and a gentle, rounded bitterness. It finishes with a smooth, lingering fruitiness, embodying the approachable yet complex nature of a modern New England-style ale.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4-6 SRM) with a pronounced, opaque haze that gives the beer a luminous glow. Topped by a dense, rocky, white meringue-like head that leaves persistent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop character featuring a complex bouquet of mango and papaya from Mosaic, complemented by Simcoe's signature grapefruit and light resinous pine. Very low, clean, bready malt presence in the background. Clean fermentation with subtle fruity esters.

Taste. Explosive flavors of juicy passion fruit, tangerine, and mixed berries. The grain bill contributes a soft, bready malt sweetness that balances the heavy hop saturation.
