The aromatic profile is dominated by ripe, creamy banana and the tropical, floral musk of white guava, underscored by a distinct New York cheesecake note providing hints of vanilla and graham cracker. On the palate, a soft lactic acidity balances a rich, dessert-like sweetness. The 18 BLG starting gravity ensures a velvety, full-bodied experience where the fruit takes center stage, finishing with a lingering, creamy tang reminiscent of a fruit-topped cheesecake.
Appearance. SRM 4-6; opaque and viscous, resembling a fruit smoothie. The color is a pale yellow with a slight pinkish hue from the guava. Pours with a thick, creamy white head that shows moderate retention and leaves significant lacing on the glass.
