Funky Fluid Flowers offers an expressive sensory journey through the vibrant Hazy IPA style. Utilizing the celebrated Pink Boots blend, the beer radiates a saturated bouquet of tropical mango, guava, and bright citrus. The appearance is characteristically opaque with a luminous glow and a persistent, rocky white head. On the palate, the soft, pillowy body delivers a lush wave of stone fruit and pineapple flavors, supported by a gentle, bready malt backbone. Bitterness remains low and integrated, allowing the fruit-forward hop character to shine through a smooth, off-dry finish that leaves a clean, lingering tropical impression.
Appearance. Straw to light orange (4-6 SRM). Opaque with a uniform haze and a characteristic 'shine.' Features a medium, meringue-like white head with high retention and dense lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring tropical fruit (pineapple, mango), stone fruit (peach), and citrus. Background malt is clean and lightly bready or grainy. No caramel, toast, or harsh herbal notes.
Taste. Very high fruity hop flavor dominated by tropical and citrus qualities. Malt flavor is low and supportive with a bready character. Perceived bitterness is low to medium-low, appearing soft rather than sharp. Finishes off-dry and smooth with a clean, fruity aftertaste and no harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Smooth and creamy without being viscous or heavy. Light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present.
