This Hazy IPA showcases a vibrant, fruit-forward profile driven by a heavy double dry-hopping of Mosaic and Nelson Bliss hops. It pours a glowing, opaque straw-gold with a resilient, meringue-like white head. The aroma is high-intensity, bursting with Mosaic-driven notes of ripe blueberry and tropical mango, beautifully complemented by the white wine, gooseberry, and lime zest character of the Nelson Bliss blend. The palate is exceptionally soft and pillowy, carrying flavors of crushed grapes and stone fruit over a neutral, bready malt base. It finishes smooth and off-dry, with a restrained bitterness that emphasizes a juicy, lingering fruit aftertaste.
Appearance. Straw to deep gold (3-6 SRM); opaque, hazy clarity with a luminous glow; thick, rocky white head with high retention and dense lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring tropical passion fruit, blueberry, and crushed white grapes. Clean, grainy-sweet, and bready malt character in the background; fermentation is neutral with supportive fruity esters; no hop grassiness or harshness.
Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical and citrus fruit. High hop flavors of gooseberry, lime, and peach from the Mosaic and Nelson Bliss hops. Low perceived bitterness; medium-low bready malt flavor provides a soft foundation. The finish is clean and juicy with a brief, fruity aftertaste and no lingering harshness.
