Fruktstereo Tour de FRUKT 2020

90% apples (Kim 50% & Ingrid-Marie 50%), 10% grapes (Solaris).

Tour de FRUKT in an ongoing co-fermentation project that started back in 2017 with our friend and wine maker, Côme Isambert from the Loire Valley.

The 2020 vintage is all Swedish produce but inspired by the co-fermentation experiments we usually do every vintage with Côme.

Tour de FRUKT is made with apples from Magnus Nillsson's orchard in Axelstorp and grape skins from Hällåkra vineyard, all grown without pesticides or herbicides.

Apple macerated with pressed grape skins for 3 weeks with indigenous yeast. Disgorded January 2022 by hand.

Unfiltered and without additives.

Daft Frukt is Fruktstero's fun take on a “House blend”.
