This Rauch Heller Bock offers a compelling sensory journey, showcasing the intensity of 100% smoked malts within a pale, elegant framework. The aroma is immediately dominated by high-intensity beechwood smoke, evoking campfire embers and savory, ham-like notes. Beneath the assertive smoke, a foundation of bready and lightly toasty malt richness—characteristic of a Heller Bock—provides a balanced, grain-forward sweetness. The palate follows suit with a deep, woody smokiness that harmonizes with a clean, spicy hop presence.
