This Hazy IPA showcases a vibrant, juice-forward profile driven by the synergy of Citra Incognito and Nectaron hops. A profound olfactory punch of tropical passionfruit, juicy peach, and bright citrus zest dominates the senses, supported by a delicate, doughy malt foundation. On the palate, the hop intensity is massive yet refined, presenting layers of stone fruit and crushed pineapple that glide across a soft, pillowy texture. With its restrained bitterness and lush, rounded mouthfeel, the beer finishes with a clean, fruity persistence that highlights the modern, aromatic depth and saturated hop character typical of this contemporary style.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (4-6 SRM). Opaque, hazy appearance with a luminescent shine; no visible particulates. Large, white, meringue-like head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring bold tropical notes of passionfruit and nectarine from Nectaron, complemented by lime and grapefruit from Citra Incognito. Background of sweet, bready malt and subtle floral esters; no hop grassiness or harshness.

Taste. Explosive fruit flavors of ripe peach, pineapple, and citrus oil. Medium-low perceived bitterness that is well-integrated and never harsh. Malt provides a soft, grainy character that balances the hop saturation. Finishes off-dry with a lingering tropical fruit aftertaste.
