Gone Bowling is a vibrant Double IPA that showcases an intricate blend of Southern Hemisphere and Pacific Northwest hops. The profile is led by the intense citrus and tropical punch of Citra BBC, layered with the distinct white wine and gooseberry notes of Nelson. Rakau adds a fleshy stone fruit depth, while Motueka contributes a bright lime zest sparkle. The beer maintains a lean, neutral malt backbone that allows the hop saturation to remain the focal point.
