Cosmic Boogie Dancer is an assertive Double IPA that showcases a sophisticated Southern Hemisphere hop profile. Intense aromas of ripe peach and nectarine from Nectaron lead the charge, followed by the distinctive passion fruit and zesty lime notes of Riwaka and Motueka. The addition of Superdelic contributes a unique layer of red berry candy and sweet citrus. Despite its 8.3% ABV, the beer remains exceptionally drinkable with a clean, neutral malt backbone that allows the complex tropical and stone fruit flavors to shine. A firm but smooth bitterness balances a dry finish, creating a vibrant and modern sensory experience.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange with a slight haze; moderate-sized, persistent white head with fine-textured lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet featuring pungent passion fruit, crushed lime, and white peach. Substantial notes of red berries and citrus candy are present. Background malt is clean and grainy with a neutral fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial punch of tropical fruit and stone fruit flavors followed by lime zest and diesel-like complexity. Bitterness is firm and high but lacks harshness. Malt provides a soft, bready support before a very dry, hop-saturated finish with lingering notes of grapefruit and resin.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is medium-high. A gentle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, enhancing the overall perceived fullness without any harshness or astringency.
