Founders Mosaic Promise
This American Pale Ale celebrates minimalist design, allowing the interplay between a single hop and a single malt to shine. The sensory experience is led by the vibrant, multi-faceted character of Mosaic hops, which deliver pronounced aromas of ripe blueberry, tropical mango, and bright tangerine. Beneath this aromatic intensity, the Golden Promise malt provides a distinctive, rich bready depth and a touch of biscuity sweetness that anchors the profile. This clean, golden beer balances its firm bitterness with a smooth, lingering fruitiness, showcasing a sophisticated profile born from pure, high-quality ingredients and a refined, modern brewing approach.
Appearance. Deep golden (SRM 6-8). Brilliant clarity with a moderately large, frothy white head that shows good retention and leaves delicate lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high hop intensity featuring signature Mosaic notes of blueberry, mango, and citrus zest with a light resinous undertone. Supported by a low to moderate bready, slightly sweet malt character from the Golden Promise. Clean fermentation profile.
Taste. Initial hop flavors of tropical fruit and mixed berries lead into a firm, moderate-high bitterness. The Golden Promise malt provides a rich, bready, and lightly biscuity foundation that balances the hop-forward nature. Finishes clean and medium-dry with a lingering note of citrus and pine. No harshness in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is moderate to high, contributing to a crisp, refreshing finish. No alcohol warmth or astringency.
