Foam Brewers The Minus Times: Dortmunder Export Style Lager

We find this to be a perfect Lager for late winter and early spring. It has the structure to confront chilling March nights while posing a beautiful balance between the German malt and Hallertau Hersbrucker hops featured in the beer. We find notes of fresh bread and biscuits, herbal, floral and spicy. A very subtle caramel/toffee flavor comes through as well.
