This luxurious American Strong Ale, a masterful blend of one-year-aged Parabola and two-year-aged Velvet Merkin, delivers an opulent "liquid Mounds bar" experience. The sensory journey is dominated by rich toasted coconut, luscious cocoa nibs, and sweet Madagascar Vanilla, all layered over a powerful malt backbone. Nuances of dark caramel, toasted oak, and bourbon-soaked dark fruit emerge from the extensive barrel aging, balancing the intense dessert-like sweetness. It presents a complex harmony of decadent chocolate-shop richness and strong ale character, finishing with a warming, sophisticated wave of spirit and hop bitterness.

Appearance. Deep, dark brown with ruby highlights (approximately 18-22 SRM). It is topped with a thick, dense, creamy light-tan head that displays moderate-low retention, leaving noticeable legs on the glass upon swirling due to the high alcohol content.

Aroma. High-intensity aroma featuring dominant sweet Madagascar Vanilla, toasted coconut, and dark chocolate cocoa nibs. This is supported by rich caramel, dark fruit (raisin, fig), and bready malt character. Background notes of toasted oak, bourbon, and a clean alcohol presence are apparent, while hop aroma is low, imparting a subtle resinous and woody quality.
