Fermenterarna The Big Mjau Theory es una SOUR repleta de bayas, arándanos, fresas, frambuesas, fruta de la pasión y sirope de azúcar moreno. Esta cerveza de la cervecera sueca, Fermenterarna es toda una aventura para tus sentidos. Elaborada con malta de cebada y malta de trigo, que le aportan cuerpo, textura y estabilidad en la cata. No te deja impasible, es puro descubrimiento. Todo está equilibrado de forma armónica.
Fermenterarna The Big Mjau Theory tiene un cuerpo turbio, de densidad media, con un increíble color rojo rubí, con una corona de espuma rojiza, jabonosa y perecedera. Te regala aromas frescos y afrutados, a frutos del bosque con notas de arándanos, frambuesas y maracuyá. En boca es de textura sedosa, con un sabor ácido pero no astringente, repleta de notas brevemente dulces a bayas rojas, arándanos, fresas, vinagre de frambuesa y maracuyá. Final limpio y de suave amargor.
Es una cerveza estupenda para el aperitivo o para acompañar un helado de vainilla, nata, o por supuesto, de frutos del bosque. Sobre Fermenterarna
Fermenterarna es una cervecera sueca, ubicada en Goteburgo, dónde han abierto su nueva fabrica en agosto de 2021. Dirigida por Anna Claesson y Niclas Aronsson, dos jóvenes brewmasters con grandes habilidades para elaborar increíbles cervezas ácidas y afrutadas. De sus fermentadores de Fermenterarna salen elaboraciones complejas, sabrosas y llenas de personalidad. Algunas de las variedades que elaborar son las cervezas GOSE y SOUR, sin olvidar las IPAs turbias y afrutadas.
