This refreshing Saison captures a rustic farmhouse character enhanced by vibrant additions of pink pepper and lime. The aroma is led by the pink pepper, which provides a floral, spicy lift that seamlessly integrates with the peppery phenols of the Belgian yeast. Appearance. Pale gold (6 SRM) with a slight, rustic haze. Features a long-lasting, dense, rocky white head with excellent Belgian lacing and persistent effervescence.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity with a dominant spicy-fruity yeast profile. Prominent notes of pink pepper and black pepper phenols are balanced by bright lime citrus and a low, earthy hop presence. A light, grainy malt sweetness sits in the background.
