Everywhere Infinite Universe is a luminous Hazy IPA that showcases a sophisticated hop profile featuring Motueka, Motueka hop kief, Citra, and Nelson. The sensory experience is led by an intense bouquet of lime zest, crushed white grapes, and tropical mango, supported by a creamy base of premium Pilsner malt and flaked oats. On the palate, the Motueka hop kief intensifies the bright citrus notes while Nelson contributes its signature gooseberry complexity. With its soft, pillowy mouthfeel and restrained bitterness, this collaboration with Tripping Animals delivers a saturated 'juicy' character that finishes with a clean, fruity linger and a balanced, off-dry impression.
Appearance. Straw to light gold (4 SRM). Opaque haze with a brilliant shine and no visible particulates. Topped by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention and lacing.
Aroma. High intensity tropical and citrus notes. Prominent lime and lemon zest from Motueka combined with the white wine and passion fruit esters of Nelson. Citra adds layers of ripe mango and orange. Low bready-grainy malt in the background; clean fermentation with no diacetyl or sulfur.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma: lime, gooseberry, and tropical stone fruit. Low bitterness that is well-masked by a soft malt backbone of oats and Pilsner malt. The hop character in the aftertaste is smooth and fruity rather than sharp. Finishes off-dry and clean without hop burn.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, soft, and slightly creamy texture from the oat addition. Moderate carbonation. Subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth. No astringency or raw starch texture.
