Inspired by 1970s new wave music, this vibrant beer delivers a sensory experience reminiscent of a multifruit juice. The double dry-hopped profile features Elani hops, which project intense pineapple, Mediterranean orange, and white peach, alongside Idaho Gem hops that contribute nuanced notes of cherry and grape. Despite its categorization as a Double IPA, the 6.3% ABV provides a drinkable foundation. A complex grain bill featuring barley, wheat, and oats creates a signature silky mouthfeel that carries the tropical hop saturation. This blend of Elani and Idaho Gem results in a bright, hazy, and highly aromatic profile that balances firm bitterness with lush fruit character.
Appearance. Light yellow (SRM 3-4), distinctly hazy with an opaque quality. Features a moderate-sized, persistent white head with fine-textured foam and significant lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with prominent pineapple, white peach, and sweet orange. Complemented by subtle notes of red cherry and white grape. The malt presents as a neutral, grainy, cereal-like background from the oats and wheat.
