Emerson’s Brewery Cray Cray is a vibrant American Pale Ale designed with a refreshing New Zealand twist, perfect for seafood pairings. The sensory profile is defined by a modern, tropical hop bouquet featuring Superdelic and Nectaron, which provide lush layers of pineapple and stonefruit. Simcoe adds a subtle piney depth and resinous complexity, while Talus contributes bright citrus and a distinctive pink grapefruit finish.
