This Wild Specialty Beer presents a decadent, smoothie-like sensory experience driven by a massive infusion of mango and banoffee components. The aroma is dominated by ripe, tropical mango and creamy banana, underpinned by a rich, caramelized toffee sweetness. On the palate, the vibrant acidity of the wild fermentation cuts through the thick, pulpy texture of the fruit, providing a refreshing counterpoint to the dense, dessert-forward flavors. Hints of earthy funk and subtle lactic tartness emerge mid-palate, leading to a lingering, fruit-saturated finish. Appearance. Deep, opaque gold to vibrant orange (10-14 SRM) with a thick, nectar-like consistency. Pours with a dense, off-white head that dissipates quickly due to high fruit content; heavy lacing and visible fruit particulate are present.

Aroma. High intensity. Bold, fresh mango and sweet, overripe banana dominate the foreground. Beneath the fruit, notes of burnt sugar and buttery toffee provide a rich backbone, with a faint, clean lactic tartness and subtle earthy funk characteristic of a wild fermentation. No hop aroma.
