Keep the Flow is a vibrant interpretation of a classic Kölsch, defined by its brilliant clarity and refreshing character. The delicate base of German Pils malt offers a clean, grainy sweetness that serves as a canvas for the fruity yeast esters typical of the style. This rendition is elevated by the addition of Loral hops, which introduce a distinctive citrus punch alongside traditional floral and herbal notes.
