Dry Law Momoko presents as a bright, approachable take on the American IPA, showcasing a monovarietal focus on Citra hops. The sensory profile is defined by an immediate burst of vibrant citrus—specifically grapefruit zest and lime—intermingled with soft tropical undertones. Despite its lower strength, it maintains a classic hop-forward balance, supported by a lean, grainy malt base that provides a crisp, clean foundation. The experience is intentionally light and refreshing, leading to a bone-dry finish with a persistent, clean bitterness that highlights the signature aromatics of the Citra hop variety while remaining highly drinkable.

Appearance. Medium gold (approx. 7 SRM) with a slight haze. Topped by a medium-sized, brilliant white head with good persistence and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent Citra characteristics of grapefruit, lime, and a hint of melon. Low, clean, grainy maltiness provides a neutral background. Very clean fermentation profile with no significant esters.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-centric, delivering flavors of fresh citrus peel and tropical fruit. Low, crackery malt sweetness quickly yields to a medium-high hop bitterness. The finish is very dry and crisp with a lingering, clean citrus aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth texture that enhances its refreshing quality. Moderate-high carbonation provides a lively tingle on the tongue. No perceptible alcohol warmth or astringency.
