This Hazy IPA, a collaboration with New York’s Finback Brewery, delivers a vibrant sensory experience defined by its transatlantic influence. The aroma bursts with zesty citrus and distinct notes of white grape, leading into a palate rich with ripe red berry flavors. Its appearance is characteristically opaque with a luminous golden glow and a persistent white head. Built upon a soft, smooth base, the mouthfeel is supple and pillowy, effectively balancing a restrained hop bitterness. The finish is juicy and off-dry, emphasizing the depth of hop biotransformation and fruit complexity. Every sip showcases a sophisticated harmony between New World hop intensity and a lush, approachable texture.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (3-6 SRM); opaque with a characteristic hazy shine; features a medium-high, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring prominent notes of zesty citrus, white grape, and ripe red berries; background malt is neutral and lightly grainy with a clean, fruity fermentation profile.
