Roamin is a bold Double IPA that showcases an intense and vibrant hop profile. It leads with an explosion of juicy mango and ripe peach, underpinned by bright citrus notes that provide a refreshing acidity. Deeper layers reveal complex cues of dank resin and tart red berries, adding significant depth to the hop indulgence. At 8% ABV, the beer remains dangerously smooth, utilizing a clean, supportive malt base to highlight the diverse aromatic qualities. The finish is crisp and dry, emphasizing a persistent bitterness that cleanses the palate while leaving a lingering impression of tropical fruit and forest pine.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper (6–14 SRM). Features a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head with good lacing. Displays clarity typical of the style, though a slight hop haze may be present.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma dominated by tropical mango and stone fruit (ripe peach). Secondary notes of bright citrus zest and a distinctive dank, resinous quality. Faint hints of red berries emerge in the background. Malt is low and neutral, providing a clean, grainy base. Fermentation is clean with very light fruity esters.

Taste. The initial impression is a massive wave of hop flavor, mirroring the aroma with mango, peach, and citrus. Bitterness is firm and assertive but smooth rather than harsh.
