Blazt is a vibrant Fruit Beer that expertly marries a clean, approachable Pale Ale base with a massive infusion of passion fruit puree. The experience is dominated by a tropical, sun-drenched aromatic profile reminiscent of exotic fruit juices, underpinned by a subtle, bready malt foundation. Effervescent and bright, the palate delivers a refreshing burst of tart passion fruit that transitions into a crisp, fruity finish. While the fruit is the star, the underlying beer character remains present through a light, cracker-like maltiness and a soft, balancing hop bitterness, creating a sessionable and highly refreshing tropical adventure.

Appearance. Pours a hazy, glowing golden-orange (SRM 5-7) with a frothy, white head that shows moderate retention and leaves light lacing. The inclusion of fruit puree contributes a slight, uniform turbidity.

Hop bitterness is low to moderate, providing just enough structure to balance the fruit acidity. The finish is dry and crisp with a lingering, natural tropical fruit aftertaste that avoids any syrupy or artificial notes.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high, effervescent carbonation that enhances the refreshing quality. No alcohol warmth is present; the texture is smooth with a very light, fruit-derived tartness but no significant astringency.
