This collaboration between DosKiwis and Fuerst Wiacek delivers an expressive Hazy Double IPA defined by its sophisticated hop profile. The inclusion of Nelson Sauvin and Nelson Bliss provides a distinctive vinous character, reminiscent of white grape and crushed gooseberry, while Citra Cryo amplifies the intensity with concentrated notes of bright grapefruit and ripe mango. A soft, opaque appearance leads into a high-intensity aroma where tropical fruit and cool-climate wine nuances dominate over a clean, neutral malt base. On the palate, the hop-derived bitterness is firm yet smooth, balanced by a medium-full body that carries the 8% ABV with integrated, gentle warmth.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (7-9 SRM); opaque and hazy with a persistent, dense white foam head that leaves significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; prominent white grape, gooseberry, and passion fruit from the Nelson hops, coupled with intense lime zest and tropical mango from the Citra Cryo; background of very low, neutral grainy malt and light fruity esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of vibrant tropical fruit and vinous grape skins; moderately high hop bitterness that remains smooth and lacks harshness; clean, soft, unobtrusive malt character; finishes medium-dry with a lingering citrus and resinous aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, soft texture; moderate carbonation; noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth; no hop-derived astringency.
