Celebrating the return of the something good series with truly gorgeous DIPA action! On top of a luscious oat heavy body, we focussed on maximum hop saturation through high survivable hops in the whirlpool – Centennial, Krush Lupomax, Mosaic BBC and Mosaic Dynaboost, and through a hop dip utilising Krush Hyperboost. We paired this beautifully saturated base with a whopping 28g/l dry hop featuring Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic Hyperboost, Mosaic BBC, Mosaic T90, Simcoe Cryo and Simcoe T90 with the dry hop load split pre-fermentation and post-fermentation.
