Fermented with Sacch Trois, it leads with vibrant tropical aromas of pineapple and mango layered over a clean, bready wheat malt base. A delicate dryhop addition provides a subtle herbal nuance that complements the light lactic tartness. The palate is defined by a gentle acidity and a focused saline character that provides a mouthwatering, crisp finish. At a sessionable 4% ABV, it balances moderate fruity esters with a dry, effervescent body, making it a quintessential thirst-quencher for the endurance-minded drinker.
Appearance. Straw to pale yellow (3–4 SRM) with a moderate, hazy appearance typical of an unfiltered wheat beer. It features a tall, bright white head with fair retention and persistent effervescence.
Aroma. Moderate intensity with a bouquet of tropical stone fruit and citrus, driven by the Sacch Trois yeast. A clean, bready wheat malt character supports light lactic tartness and a very subtle, herbal dryhop note. No significant hop bitterness or heavy sulfur.
Taste. Initial impression is a refreshing, light lactic sourness followed by a doughy, bready malt center. The Sacch Trois fermentation adds layers of pineapple and lemon. A restrained salt character emerges mid-palate, enhancing the flavors without being overtly salty. Very low bitterness; the finish is dry, crisp, and slightly acidic.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high carbonation that feels lively and effervescent on the tongue. The salt provides a tingly, mouthwatering sensation, while the wheat contributes a slight roundness. No alcohol warmth is perceived.
