Despite its slightly elevated alcohol content for the style, it remains highly approachable and refreshing. The finish is clean and medium-dry, balancing a gentle hop bitterness with the natural floral sweetness of the honey, resulting in a harmonious, easy-drinking experience with a sophisticated, artisanal edge.
Appearance. Deep gold color (SRM 6); brilliant clarity with a medium white head that shows fair retention and light lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring grainy, bread-like malt notes and a clear, floral honey aroma. Low floral hop character with a clean fermentation profile and very subtle fruity esters.
Taste. Initial soft maltiness showcasing bready character, immediately followed by a prominent but not cloying honey flavor.
