This American Pale Ale presents a vibrant hop-forward profile led by the distinctive Riwaka variety, offering punchy passionfruit and zesty grapefruit notes. Mosaic adds complex layers of ripe blueberries and resinous pine, while Citra contributes bright lime and tropical mango. Together, these modern hops create a multifaceted sensory experience over a clean, supportive base of neutral grainy malt. The beer finishes crisp and dry, with a lingering citrus zest that invites another sip. Balanced yet assertive, it showcases a thoughtful hop blend that prioritizes aromatic intensity and a clean fermentation profile, typical of refined craft examples.

Appearance. Pale golden to light amber in color (6–8 SRM). Displays a moderately large, creamy white head with good retention and fine lacing. Clarity is brilliant.

Aroma. Moderately high hop intensity featuring Riwaka's passionfruit and citrus, Mosaic's blueberry and resinous pine, and Citra's lime and tropical fruit. A low, neutral grainy maltiness provides a clean background, accompanied by very light, clean fermentation esters.

Taste. Initial hop impact of grapefruit and mango follows the aroma. Bitterness is moderate to high but smooth, well-integrated with a light bready malt backbone. Flavors of resinous pine and tropical berries linger into a medium-dry, clean finish with no harsh aftertaste.
