This Wild Specialty Beer delivers a saturated, tropical sensory experience driven by a heavy addition of Pineapple, Tangerine, and Pink Guava. The vibrant fruit profile is smoothed over by a soft marshmallow presence and the brewery’s signature 'House treatment,' which adds a creamy, dessert-like layer to the underlying wild fermentation character. Tangy acidity from the Pink Guava and Tangerine balances the perceived sweetness, while the Pineapple provides a lush, succulent core. It is a complex, juice-forward ale where the funky, wild edges are softened by a plush, creamy texture and sweet confectionery aromatics.
Appearance. Saturated, opaque golden-orange with a distinct pinkish hue; thick, creamy, off-white head with moderate retention and fine-beaded lacing.
Aroma. High intensity; dominant aromas of sun-ripened Pineapple and zesty Tangerine, complemented by the exotic floral notes of Pink Guava. A distinct marshmallow vanilla sweetness is present, alongside a moderate lactic tartness and a faint, clean funky fermentation character.
Taste. Initial burst of tart tropical fruit led by acidic Tangerine and succulent Pink Guava. The mid-palate is softened by a creamy marshmallow character that tempers the Pineapple's natural acidity. Bitterness is virtually non-existent, letting the lactic sourness provide the balance. The finish is long and fruit-heavy with a lingering, sweet-tart aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a rich, pillowy creaminess and smooth texture; moderate carbonation; no perceivable alcohol warmth or astringency.
