This festive German Pils, brewed as a Saint Patrick's Day celebration, delivers a classic sensory profile with a striking visual twist. At 4.8% ABV, it balances elegant floral and spicy German hops against a clean, doughy malt backbone. The use of continental pilsner malt provides a subtle cracker-like sweetness that is quickly superseded by a firm, refreshing bitterness.
