Inicialmente inspirados en las cervezas tradicionales de Bélgica, la cultura Saison, hemos desarrollado nuestras propias mezclas de levaduras y bacterias que cultivamos re-utilizándolas de forma continuada. Trabajamos en estrecha coordinación con las estaciones del año, nutriendo nuestras cervezas con variedad de frutas, verduras, hierbas y flores.Algunas las cultivamos nosotros mismos en la granja familiar ubicada en el Alt Empordà, el resto proviene de pequeños agricultores locales, siempre de cultivo ecológico.
Nos apasiona el vino tradicional, como se hacia antes de su industrialización. Llevamos unos años colaborando con algun@s productores amig@s, empezamos ayudándoles en la cosecha y llevándonos algo de uva en agradecimiento. Hemos obtenido sorprendentes resultados macerando cervezas con esas uvas, hasta el punto en que desde 2018 estamos experimentando con fermentaciones de uva por sí misma, ésto es: vino. En 2019 elaboramos cuatro vinos sin ningún añadido y sin filtrar, utilizando sólo uvas locales, de cultivo ecológico y fermentadas naturalmente con las levaduras indígenas y bacterias presentes en sus pieles. Escogemos las uvas de diferentes regiones del territorio Catalán, las cosechamos a mano nosotros mismos, con ayuda de familia y amigos, hacemos la vinificación en nuestra casa, en el barrio de La Sagrera. Hemos descubierto interesantes sinergias entre la elaboración de vino y cerveza, reutilizando las pieles de las uvas después de extraer el mosto de vino, con su segundo uso macerando en las cervezas. Siempre experimentando, a medida que aumenta nuestro conocimiento y experiencia, seguimos explorando las fronteras de nuestros procesos y combinaciones de ingredientes con ánimo de expresar "terroir" en nuestras fermentaciones.

Founded, Barcelona 2016, Cyclic Beer Farm is focused on the cultivation of mixed fermentation beer together with our newly born project of fruit fermentations, ciders and wines.
Our focus is primarily on production of mixed fermentation wild ales - inspired by the traditional beers of Belgium - for which we use a proprietary house blend of yeast and bacteria along with additional experimental yeast from our local flora.
Seasonality and locality are both very important to us; we brew as the harvest supports and take advantage of local organic fruit, vegetables and herbs, some of which come from our family farm just outside Barcelona.
Our fruit ferments and wines, inspired by our early days of home brewing and winemaking, are produced using only local, organically grown fruits, fermented naturally by the action of the wild yeasts present on their skins. We source our fruit from across beautiful Catalunya, harvest by hand ourselves(in the case of grapes) or source directly from the farmers before selection and fermentation alongside the beer at our home in La Sagrera, BCN.
We continually strive to experiment and as we grow in knowledge and experience, explore the boundaries of our processes, seeking to employ novel methods and increase our use of locally sourced organic raw materials to create a singular drinking experience, indelibly linked to our locale.
