Waiting For the Thunder presents a modern interpretation of an American Pale Ale, leaning into contemporary hazy trends with its double dry-hopped profile. The beer opens with a punchy, high-intensity bouquet of tropical fruit—notably mango and pineapple—alongside bright citrus notes of zest and grapefruit. A delicate, bready malt backbone provides structural support without overshadowing the hop-forward character. On the palate, the experience is juicy and vibrant, balancing moderate bitterness with a soft, rounded mouthfeel characteristic of the hazy sub-style.
