The pale malt base provides a delicate foundation of honeyed crackers and fresh bread, while a focused dry-hop addition of Saaz and Tettnanger elevates the profile. Expect a vibrant bouquet of honeysuckle and lemongrass paired with bright citrus peel. Brilliantly clear and remarkably crisp, it balances soft pome fruit esters with a clean, noble hop bitterness. The finish is snap-quick and dry, emphasizing the pure refreshment of a well-conditioned ale-lager hybrid while showcasing the nuanced herbal and spicy complexity of the classic German hops.
Appearance. Light gold (4 SRM) with brilliant clarity. It produces a delicate, frothy white head with moderate persistence and light lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring prominent floral honeysuckle and lemongrass hop notes from the Saaz and Tettnanger. Low grainy-sweet malt provides a crackery backdrop, accompanied by subtle fermentation esters of pear and apple.
