Coopers Dark Ale

This Australian Brown Ale is an expedition to another continent that is full of flavour. It starts with a very subtle sweetness and ends with a subtle bitter and mineral flavour. The aroma of roasted coffee beans and chocolate accompanies you. The beer is preserved by secondary fermentation in the bottle, with the yeast sitting at the bottom of the bottle at the end of the process. The shelf life of the beer should therefore be labelled 'best after' rather than 'best before'. We recommend turning the bottle upside down before opening to allow the yeast to mix. More
