This Wild Specialty Beer is a vibrant exploration of tropical intensity, dominated by a lush and exotic passion fruit character. It opens with an explosive, tangy aroma of fresh passion fruit, supported by the funky, earthy undertones typical of a wild fermentation. On the palate, the sharp, refreshing acidity of the fruit takes center stage, seamlessly integrating with a light, crisp malt backbone.
