Cheeky Vimno is a vibrant alcohol-free Straight Sour Beer that explodes with sensory intensity despite its low ABV. Appearance. Very pale, straw-colored with a slight haze. Features a large, dense white head with moderate retention and vigorous effervescence.
Aroma. Moderate-high intensity. Dominant aromas of ripe blackcurrant and mixed forest berries. Clean lactic sourness provides a lemony brightness. A very low, crackery pale malt character is present, with no hop aroma.
Taste. Initial burst of sharp lactic sourness and juicy blackcurrant. Flavors of sweet grape and mixed berries follow, supported by a light, bready malt base. Hop bitterness is undetectable. The finish is crisp and off-dry, lingering with a pleasantly tart berry tang.
Mouthfeel. Light body with a refreshing, high carbonation. No perceived alcohol warmth. Features a crisp, mouth-watering acidity with no astringency.
