This classic Belgian Tripel presents a luminous golden hue with a characteristically fine, snowy head. The sensory profile is defined by a sophisticated bouquet of fresh hops and monastic yeast, featuring distinctive fruity notes of muscat grape, raisins, and ripe red apples. On the palate, a soft pilsner malt sweetness is quickly balanced by a firm hop bitterness and peppery yeast phenols.
