Appearance. Straw yellow (3-4 SRM) with a persistent, tall white head of tight bubbles. Displays a moderate to full haze consistent with an unfiltered wheat beer.
Aroma. High intensity aromatics of fresh lime zest and lemon thyme, backed by the floral, citrusy spice of coriander. A clean lactic tartness is prominent, alongside a soft, doughy wheat malt character and a hint of mineral-like sea salt.
