This Margarita-inspired Gose offers a vibrant, sensory-forward experience centered on bright citrus and savory minerals. Pouring a hazy yellow with a persistent white head, it leads with an intense aromatic profile of fresh-squeezed lime and zesty lemon atop a delicate, bready wheat base. The palate is defined by a crisp kettle-sour tartness that harmonizes with a distinct sea salt character, creating a mouthwatering, refreshing quality.
