This modern West-Coast interpretation of a German Pils offers a vibrant sensory profile that bridges traditional lager crispness with contemporary fruit-forward depth. Fermented with Muscat grape must, the beer displays a unique vinous character that elegantly complements its lean, grainy malt base. A generous dry-hopping session featuring Citra, Motueka, and Nectaron drives an aromatic explosion of lime zest, passion fruit, and white peach. This collaboration results in a highly aromatic lager where the herbal snap of a classic pilsner meets the tropical, citrusy intensity of modern hops, finishing bone-dry with a lingering, elegant grape-skin bitterness and refreshing mineral clarity.
Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (approx. 3 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a tall, dense, snowy-white head that exhibits excellent retention and leaves delicate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity aroma led by citrus zest, crushed lime, and tropical passion fruit from Citra and Motueka hops. Nectaron adds distinct white peach and stone fruit layers. A unique floral, vinous quality from the Muscat grape must weaves through the hop profile. Subtle grainy, cracker-like malt provides a clean foundation with a flawless fermentation profile.
