Primero en unas ollas donde se hacia la comida familiar y dando a probar a amigos y compañeros de trabajo para pasar posteriormente hacer la cerveza en un equipo de 75 litros diseñado y fabricado por él mismo en acero inoxidable.
Nuestras recetas son muy personales diseñadas para satisfacer y agradar desde paladares noveles en el mundo de la cerveza hasta los más curtidos en el mundo cervecero. Nuestros inicios y fuente de inspiración arrancan en unos viajes realizados a varias ciudades de Alemania en los cuales se probaron diversos estilos alemanes e importando cierta cultura cervecera.
