Parece mentira que hace un poco más de 6 años, se nos viniera a la mente el emprender una Cervecería Artesanal aquí en el estado de Aguascalientes; para tal efecto hicimos el respectivo plan de negocios, evaluando a varios estados de la república Mexicana, pero quien presentó mejores características Logísticas y de ambiente de negocios fue precisamente el estado de Aguascalientes. Y no estábamos equivocados, ya que en esa época Aguascalientes estaba dentro de los 10 mejores estados para invertir, evaluado por varias revistas especializadas en negocios.
Así es como empezamos las operaciones, maquilando cerveza a varias cervecerías artesanales, que ya tenían un mercado que empezaba a crecer de manera extraordinaria. Fue propicio para nosotros ya que de esta forma, nos permitió crecer rápidamente, aprovechando nuestra capacidad instalada. Entonces salimos con una marca de bajo volumen llamada Encino, que ahora se hace bajo pedido. Transcurre el tiempo y seguimos creciendo, vamos conociendo un poco más, perfeccionando nuestros métodos y procesos.
Hemos adoptado una cultura de Calidad, aprendida de las Grandes Cervecerías Trasnacionales antes Mexicanas (Grupo Modelo), en donde colaboró por más de 18 años su fundador José Luis Quiroz Cortés, donde aprendió la administración por Calidad y costos, aplicada a esta pequeña empresa, en donde ha funcionado, y nos ha servido para el desarrollo de nuestros productos.
El 12 de septiembre del 2013 lanzamos una nueva marca al mercado llamada TRIANA, un nombre representativo del Estado (así se llama uno de los barrios más antiguos y populares), nombre femenino acorde a la Cerveza, y concordando con la historia de la cerveza porque se tienen indicios que fue la mujer quien inventó esta maravillosa Bebida. Queremos que Triana, sea la Identidad de la Cerveza Artesanal.
El estado ha representado para nosotros también una oportunidad Logística, para podernos expandir a la zona del Bajío, y los estados vecinos.
