En nuestra fábrica elaboramos la cerveza artesana Gredos, siguiendo el método tradicional artesano de nuestros abuelos.
Desde tiempos inmemorables, empezando por los romanos , nuestros antepasados han bebido la cerveza elaborada por ellos mismos con los mejores ingredientes naturales: el agua de la Sierra de Gredos, la malta y el lúpulo cultivados por ellos mismos. Todo ello unido a la calma y la tranquilidad de los valles de Gredos, dio como resultado una cerveza natural y sana, que aportaba las vitaminas y nutrientes necesarios para afrontar la vida diaria.
Se reunía toda la familia y elaboraban la cerveza en sus casas, entre todos, artesanalmente , compartiendo buenos momentos al elaborarla y posteriormente al beberla en las reuniones familiares y con los amigos. Cada familia hacía su propia cerveza, igual que hacía el pan, el vino, sus cultivos y tantos otros alimentos naturales.
Nosotros hemos querido seguir esta tradición, que tantos beneficios aportó a nuestros abuelos.
Por ello hemos recopilado las tradicionales recetas cerveceras, que unidas a los más nuevos avances tecnológicos incorporados en los procesos de fabricación, han dado como resultado una cerveza natural, artesana, fresca… en definitiva única, en la cual: el origen marca la diferencia.
